Design and develop software for embedded systems involving high performance video, audio, imaging, and Machine Learning (ML) inferencing on GNU/Linux, RTOSs based on custom device platforms. Agile software project management in cooperation with the complete engineering team. Design wins include CCTV ecosystem products, AI powered smart cameras, Open Source BSPs, audio and video processing AI algorithms for the aerospace industry. Collaboration with hardware design areas during project lifecycle: validation and debug, driver development and integration, support on certification and maintenance.

Expertise

Real-time software development. Experience with device drivers on GNU /Linux and RTOSs, as well as bare metal. BSP and driver design, integration and Open Source community adoption and upstreaming. ML and AI algorithm design, optimization, acceleration of audio, image, and sensor data applications. End-to-end project management. 
This team consists of 1 Agile ScrumMaster / team lead and 4 principle Embedded SW engineers. The team has a combined total of 75+ Years of experience in Embedded SW Design. The team are specialist experts and innovators in AI/ML powered video, audio, imaging and real-time signal processing systems. The breakdown of the team is: Senior SW Architect : embedded imaging, video processing (Senior 20 +years of experience) Senior SW Designer : protocols, signal processing, embedded, device software (Senior,20+ years of experience) Senior SW Designer : embedded, OS drivers and BSP expert, cybersecurity software (Senior,20+ years of experience) SW Designer : protocols, embedded, device software and drivers (Senior, 5+ years of experience) Agile ScrumMaster : (average experience 10+ years of team leadership and project management).
